That yellow color scares me also. It reminds me of the great novel, “Yellow River” by I.P. Freely

Yes, the water is not of the highest quality. I only use this for cleaning…don’t drink it. I drink rain water (with some cloro thrown in there). We get water this way 4-5 times per week usually. I can’t say that I always go with the kids…b/c in my house I can mostly survive off of just the rain, but it is always an adventure to go with them.
